Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data Nexus Labs BV processes, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
In short: this website uses no cookies and no tracking. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you. Fonts and scripts are hosted on our own domain, so visiting the site sends no data to third parties other than our hosting provider. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
1. Who is responsible

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not make automated decisions about you.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use third-party embeds. There is therefore no cookie banner.
To see how the site is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses. Visits are counted with a temporary identifier derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so individual visitors cannot be followed across days or other websites. We only see aggregated figures.
If this ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. Who receives your data
We only share personal data with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as needed:
- Vercel Inc. (United States), our hosting provider, to deliver this website and provide anonymous visitor statistics. It processes this data on our behalf.
- Email provider, to send and receive email.
- Our accountant, for bookkeeping and tax filings related to clients and suppliers.
- Authorities, where Belgian law obliges us to.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to dylan@nexuslabs.be; we answer within one month.
If you believe we do not handle your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
6. Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to client and invoicing data is limited to the people who need it for their work.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
